I'm taking a sabagatal! Taking a few months off to work on some new designs with new materials. I hope to pop back up in April with a new collection. But in the meantime:

Please check your Spam/Junk box if you're expecting an email from us, sadly our emails sometimes land up in there - or better still pop our address into your address book!
STUDIO VISITS: NO VISITS AT THE MOMENT DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. We welcome visitors to our small and bijou studio, by appointment. So if you'd like to come and check out the collection, see the cloths or discuss a bespoke bag, then please call 07799885417 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to set that time and date.
DISPATCH - Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. If for any reason it's going to take a little bit longer to get your order to you, we'll immediately let you know. Products marked 'Made to Order' usually take between 7 - 14 days - but this information will be on the product page so you will know before you make your selection.
DELIVERY - UK delivery is free and larger orders are always sent by Special Delivery, smaller ones by First Class recorded delivery. For this reason, you may want to give a secure address where someone is available to sign for your package. International orders are also sent by a fast and reliable tracking system.
CLEANING: Harris Tweed is a naturally oily cloth that repels moisture and helps keep stains at bay, that's why it's used so much for tramping across the Scottish Highlands but if you do get a stain, take some warm soapy water and a sponge or a small brush and clean the area with this, then leave to dry naturally.
RETURNS: Your bag is not your bag? We have a no quibble returns policy. We only ask that you return the goods unused within fourteen days and enclose your order details with the package. (Of course Christmas is different and you can get in touch about returns from 5th January if you need to, and if it's returned in perfect condition in packaging then of course we can exchange or return.) BESPOKE - if you like the styles but don't see the colour you like, why not drop us an email, we may be able to get it for you - we may even have it in stock. It might cost a little bit more but it's worth it to get exactly what you want. Think a strap might be too long or too short for you - then drop us an email and we can sort it out. We love to make our customers happy so do get in touch with any queries you may have.
STOCKISTS - We now concentrate on our online shop, direct selling at events and private commissions for bespoke bags - occasionally we do still supply places like the V&A Dundee and sometimes we create collections especially for exhibitions, but mostly you'll just find us online here or at a show.
