That might seem rather self-centred but it is indeed twenty years since I started making accessories.  It all began by making a couple of bags to take to the Cannes Film Festival for my business partner and I. Didn't do us much good trying to finance the particular film, but I did come back with orders for the bags.

As some of you may know, it's not an easy business being a film producer and I could see a way to have a business that could thrive in between and during being in production. And so it began.

I started with angel themed bags, then moved on to creating from second hand shops, eventually concentrating on Harris Tweed jackets, kilts and mohair capes. Finding the jackets is what led me to Harris Tweed, and a love of that particular cloth which became a mainstay in the collection.

Over the years I worked with other cloths, including vintage and contemporary Japanese designs, that are always beautiful and the quality is excellent.

To celebrate, I have the Anniversary Collection where I'll be adding various designs from years gone by, in a wonderful array of materials.

For a while I concentrated solely on the brand but once again, I'm splitting my time between the film and TV industry, the accessories collection and now I've added author to my portfolio of work. Look out for The Liberation of Bella McCaa - a romantic novel that will be available later this year.

Last, but not at all least, I would like to thank the wonderful customers and friends and family who have supported me over the years - you know who you are and I am incredibly grateful. Some of you have been there from the very beginning and I appreciate your love for the work I do, and also for the cloths I use. I hope I offer something a little bit different, and sometimes entirely unique, for your wardrobe. Thank you so much, it's such a privilege to do something I love.

Don't forget to look out for additions to the anniversary collection - sparkly recycled boob tube bag anyone?
